Orders

All products are made to order and personalized for each customer. Orders are subject to availability and are confirmed once the required payment or deposit has been received. Customers are responsible for providing accurate order details, including names, dates, quantities, designs, colours, images, wording, and pickup or delivery information.

Payment

A 50% deposit is required to secure an order. The remaining balance is due 10 days before the scheduled pickup or delivery date. Short-notice orders must be paid in full when confirmed. Orders with an outstanding balance after the payment deadline may be subject to cancellation.

Changes & Customization

Requests to change an order should be made as early as possible. Changes are subject to availability and may result in additional charges. As all products are handmade and customized, slight variations in colour, size, shape, placement, or decoration may occur. The Sprynkle Studio is not responsible for errors resulting from incorrect information or materials supplied by the customer.

Pickup and Delivery

Customers are responsible for providing accurate pickup or delivery information and being available at the agreed time. A delivery fee applies to all delivery orders and is calculated based on the delivery location. The applicable delivery fee will be confirmed before the order is finalized. Additional delivery or rescheduling charges may apply if an order cannot be completed due to customer unavailability.

Allergies & Dietary Requirements

Customers must inform The Sprynkle Studio of any known allergies or dietary requirements before ordering. Products are prepared in an environment where various ingredients may be present.

Cancellations & Refunds

Cancellations, store credit, and rescheduling are subject to our Cancellation & Refund Policy. Deposits are non-refundable, subject to the terms of that policy.

Order Concerns

Any concerns regarding an order should be reported promptly after receipt so they can be reviewed. Customers may be asked to provide photographs or other information to assist with resolving the matter.

Cookie Photo Booth

Cookie Photo Booth bookings are subject to separate booking, cancellation, and rescheduling terms provided at the time of confirmation.
