General Orders
We recommend placing orders at least 2 weeks in advance to allow enough time for preparation and customization.
Yes! Last-minute orders are welcome subject to availability. A rush fee may apply depending on the order and turnaround time.
Yes. A 50% non-refundable deposit is required to secure your order unless otherwise stated.
The remaining balance is due 10 days before your delivery or pickup date , unless otherwise agreed.
Yes! Many of our treats can be customized with colours, themes, names, messages, logos, and edible images.
Yes. Delivery is available in selected areas of Kingston and St. Catherine. Delivery fees are charged separately based on the delivery location. Delivery is also available via Knutsford Express.
Yes. Pickup is available at the agreed location and time provided with your order confirmation.
Ordering & Changes
Submit an order request through our website or contact The Sprynkle Studio directly. We will review your request, confirm availability, and provide the next steps for securing your order.
Changes may be possible depending on how close the order is to production. Additional charges may apply for significant changes.
Cancellation requests are subject to our Cancellation Policy. Depending on the timing and status of your order, a refund or store credit may apply.
Your order is confirmed once availability has been approved and the required payment has been received. You will receive an order confirmation from The Sprynkle Studio.
Payments
Available payment methods are displayed when you
complete your order. Select your preferred payment
method before submitting the order.
Proof of payment may be required for certain payment
methods. If required, you will be able to upload your
receipt through the order tracking page.
Cookie Photo Booth
The Cookie Photo Booth is an interactive event experience where guests can have approved photos, designs, logos, or artwork printed onto cookies during the event.
It is perfect for birthdays, weddings, corporate events, launches, brand activations, graduations, parties, and special celebrations.
The minimum booking is 50 cookies.
Yes! The experience can be customized with your company logo, brand colours, campaign artwork, event branding, or approved designs.
Yes. Cookies and edible printing are included as part of your selected Photo Booth package.
Depending on the package, guests may select from approved designs or have their photos prepared for printing.
We recommend booking at least 2 weeks in advance. Earlier booking is recommended for larger events.
Printed Logo & Corporate Cookies
Yes! We create custom printed cookies featuring company logos, branding, event artwork, and other approved designs.
The minimum corporate order is 25 cookies.
We can print company logos, brand graphics, campaign designs, event artwork, names, messages, and other designs suitable for edible printing.
Please provide your logo or artwork in the highest-quality format available, along with your desired quantity, packaging requirements, and event or delivery date.
Yes. Cookies can be designed to complement your brand colours, logo, campaign, or event theme.
Yes. Packaging options are available based on the quantity and presentation required. Additional charges apply.
Corporate orders should ideally be placed at least 2 weeks in advance. Last minute corporate orders may be accepted subject to availability.
