Cancellation Policy

Cancellations & Store Credit

Customers should contact us as soon as possible to request a cancellation. Once an order has entered production, including preparation, baking, decorating, printing, or personalization, cancellation may not be eligible for store credit. Where a cancellation is approved, the applicable amount will be issued as store credit rather than a cash refund. Store credit is: Valid for 3 months from the date of issue. Non-transferable. Not redeemable for cash.

Order Changes & Rescheduling

We understand that event dates can sometimes change. Where possible, we will work with you to reschedule your order to a new date.

Requests to change an order or reschedule the date must be made as early as possible and are subject to availability. Additional charges may apply if changes require additional ingredients, materials, printing, or production.

Cookie Photo Booth Bookings

Cookie Photo Booth bookings are subject to separate cancellation and rescheduling terms, which will be provided upon booking confirmation.

Pickup and Delivery

Customers are responsible for being available at the agreed-upon pickup time or for ensuring someone is available to receive the delivery. Additional delivery or rescheduling charges may apply when an order cannot be completed due to customer unavailability.

Unforeseen Circumstances

If circumstances beyond our reasonable control, such as severe weather, emergencies, equipment failure, or illness, affect an order, The Sprynkle Studio will make reasonable efforts to reschedule or provide an appropriate alternative.

Agreement
